(1) If it is necessary to operate any official campus of another university as official campus of the university, the Government of Nepal shall form a committee consisting of the vice chancellors of the respective universities and the head of the campus of that campus and the said committee shall If it is decided to operate the campus as an official campus of the university, the university will operate that campus as an official campus.

(2) According to sub-section (1) if any campus is operated as an official campus of the university, the movable and immovable property owned by that campus and The liability will also be transferred to the same campus under the university.

(3) In case any campus is operated as an official campus of the university according to sub-section (1), the teachers and employees working in that campus may continue as teachers and employees of the official campus of the university if they wish.

(4) According to sub-section (3), if any teachers and staff are employed in the private campus of the university, no change will be made in their salary, facilities and service conditions to the detriment of them.
